富氦核坍缩超新星2007Y:从X射线到射电波段的观测

摘要

我们对Ib型超新星2007Y进行了为期约一年的详细研究。获得了从X射线到射电波段的成像,并呈现了一套全面的多波段(w2m2w1u'g'r'i'UBVYJHKs)光变曲线和光学光谱。推导出了几乎完整的辐射热光变曲线,由此推断出(56)Ni质量为0.06 M_sun。早期光谱与SN 2005bf非常相似,并显示出CaII和H_alpha的高速特征;在晚期阶段,光谱显示出抛射物-星风相互作用的证据。星云发射线具有相似的宽度,其轮廓表明抛射物缺乏明显的不对称性。使用非局部热动平衡代码对晚期光谱进行建模,发现速度低于4,500 km/s的(56)Ni、O和总抛射物质量(不含He)分别为0.06、0.2和0.42 M_sun。(56)Ni质量证实了从辐射热光变曲线获得的结果。氧丰度表明前身星很可能是一颗约3.3 M_sun的He核星,由零龄主序质量为10-13 M_sun的恒星演化而来。爆炸能量确定为约10^50 erg,X射线和射电观测将前身星的质量损失率限制在<~10^-6 M_sun/yr。SN 2007Y是迄今研究过的能量最低的正常Ib型超新星之一。
