HERA上的H1前向质子谱仪

摘要
前向质子谱仪是HERA对撞机上H1探测器的一部分。该谱仪可以探测能量高于500 GeV、极角小于1 mrad的质子。主要探测器组件是闪烁光纤探测器，由位置灵敏光电倍增管读出。这些探测器安装在所谓的Roman Pots中，使其能够靠近循环质子束移动。四个Roman Pot站位于距相互作用点60米至90米之间。
