摘要
近期，GSI 达姆施塔特的一个实验观测到了重离子的振荡衰变率。针对这一效应，已有若干有争议的尝试用中微子混合来解释。我们简要描述了实验结果，概述了相关文献，并证明该效应不可能源于中微子混合。如果该效应持续存在，则可能由母离子的假设性内部激发（~10^(-15) eV）来解释。
