我们讨论了与核子海味道结构相关的两个主题。第一个是通过近期数据与 Brodsky 等人的内禀海模型比较来识别轻夸克内禀海。理论与数据之间良好的一致性使得内禀海组分与外禀海组分的分离成为可能。我们提取了上、下和奇异内禀海的幅度。随后我们讨论了连通海 (CS) 和非连通海 (DS) 的味道结构及其对 Bjorken-x 的依赖关系。我们表明，近期数据结合来自格点 QCD 的输入，使得轻夸克海中 CS 组分与 DS 组分的分离成为可能。
