首个MAXI/GSC高银纬天区星表

摘要
我们发布了全天X射线监视器(MAXI)任务在高银纬(|b| > 10°)区域的首个无偏源星表,该星表由气体狭缝相机(GSC)在4-10 keV能段的首批7个月数据(2009年9月1日至2010年3月31日)生成。我们开发了一种利用最大似然图像拟合方法从MAXI数据中探测暗弱源的分析流程,其中考虑了图像响应、背景和详细的观测条件。该星表包含143个显著性水平高于7 sigma的X射线源,在4-10 keV能段的极限灵敏度约为1.5×10^{-11} ergs cm^{-2} s^{-1}(1.2 mCrab)。其中,我们证认了38个银河系/LMC/SMC天体、48个星系团、39个赛弗特星系、12个耀变体和1个星系。另有4个源与多个天体混淆,1个源仍未证认。河外天体的log N - log S关系与HEAO-1 A-2的结果吻合良好,尽管自30年前以来,全天最亮活动星系核的列表已发生了显著变化。
