CsI(Na)晶体的快光成分

摘要
我们测试了不同常见碱卤晶体对α射线和γ射线的响应。发现只有CsI(Na)晶体在α和γ闪烁之间具有显著不同的波形,而其他晶体没有这种现象。提出CsI(Na)晶体的快光成分源于自由电子与主体晶体CsI的自陷空穴的复合。自吸收限制了CsI(Tl)和NaI(Tl)晶体快光成分的发射。
