我们描述了经典双星射电源四个性质（谱系指数、线性尺寸、亮度和红移）之间的相互依赖关系，这些关系基于来自光谱确认的完整样本的广泛研究。我们利用这些关系来讨论在新一代拟议射电望远镜的可能能力下，寻找极端红移射电星系的策略。
