我们展示了基于全天空2500 deg^2南极望远镜(SPT)-SZ星系团样本的大视场红外巡天探测器(WISE)观测分析结果。我们描述了一种基于WISE中红外颜色和红移来识别最亮团星系(BCGs)中活动星系核(AGN)的方法。将该技术应用于SPT-SZ样本的BCGs,我们计算了AGN宿主BCG比例,其定义为在所有可能的BCGs中宿主明亮中心AGN的BCGs所占的比例。假设{\bf 一个演化的}单暴恒星族模型,我们发现高红移相对于低红移存在统计显著(>99.9%)的中红外超出,表明在0 < z < 1.3范围内,AGN宿主BCG比例随红移增加而升高。AGN宿主BCG比例的最佳拟合红移趋势形式为(1+z)^(4.1+/-1.0)。这些结果与先前在星系团以及场星系中的研究一致。解释该结果的一种方式是高红移成员星系往往拥有更多冷气体。邻近星系团的BCGs主要通过与团成员的干并合而增长,不会导致AGN活动增加,而高红移BCGs可能主要与富气卫星星系并合,为喂养AGN提供燃料。如果观测到的AGN活动增加与富气并合有关,而非与团内介质(ICM)冷却有关,我们预期在z > 1时看到P_cav与L_cool关系中散射的增加。最后,本工作确认了由经典冷却流模型预测的Phoenix星系团中的失控冷却相极为罕见,且大多数BCGs具有低(相对于Eddington)黑洞吸积率。
