螺旋臂对多相介质ISM的影响

摘要
从3D、非线性、磁流体动力学、剪切盒模拟中获得了由超新星爆炸引起的热能注入驱动的ISM统计参数,分别针对螺旋臂和臂隙区域。对于臂隙区域,得到的密度比例高度是螺旋臂内的50%更大,这是由于气体温度更高所致。热气体的占据率在臂隙之间也显著更大,并且对磁场强度敏感地变化。
