摘要
研究了三腔轴向虚阴极振荡器的产生效率和辐射谱随注入电子束半径、阻抗和能量均匀性的变化行为。本文确定，对于三腔谐振器的每种几何结构，这些参数存在最优值（使产生效率最大化），并确定了在不损失产生效率的情况下这些参数的可变范围。
