M33 中伪星 X-7 的一次全食 X 射线脉冲星

摘要
利用我们对 M33 的广泛 ROSAT X 射线观测，我们确认了 Einstein source X-7 (Larson & Schulman, 1997) 的 3.45 天全食周期，并发现 0.31 秒的脉冲周期。轨道周期、脉冲周期和观测到的 X 射线亮度与 SMC X-1 非常相似。因此，我们建议 M33 X-7 是一颗中子星高质量 X 射线二体星，伴随体为质量为 15-40 太阳质量的 O/B 型星，二体间距为 25-33 太阳半径 (若伴随体几乎填满其罗氏瓣)。
