摘要
越来越多的证据表明,弱相互作用巨型粒子 (WIMP) 构成了宇宙物质的主要部分。我们说明,实验数据、维数分析和标准模型粒子物理学足以评估和比较寻找此类粒子的探测器的潜力,无论是直接探测 (例如通过 germanium 检测器中的散射),还是间接探测 (例如通过观察地下检测器中粒子的湮灭产生的中子)。
