摘要

暗能量相机是一种新的成像仪,具有2.2度直径视场,安装在智利拉塞雷纳附近托洛洛山(Cerro Tololo)的维克多·M·布兰科4米望远镜主焦点上。该相机由暗能量巡天合作组(Dark Energy Survey Collaboration)设计和建造,达到或超过了该合作组用于宽场和超新星巡天的严格要求。相机由五片式光学改正镜、七个滤光片、孔径60 cm的快门以及真空杜瓦(Dewar)内冷却的250微米厚全耗尽CCD焦平面组成。570 Mpixel焦平面包含62个2k×4k CCD用于成像,12个2k×2k CCD用于导星和调焦。CCD具有15微米×15微米像素,像元比例为0.263角秒每像素。六足系统提供最先进的调焦和对准能力。相机在20秒内读出,读出噪声为6-9个电子。本文提供相机工程、建造、安装及当前状态的技术描述。
