摘要
DAMIC-M(DArk Matter In CCDs at Modane)实验采用厚型全耗尽硅电荷耦合器件(CCDs)搜寻暗物质粒子,目标曝光量为1 kg·年。CCD中实现的新型skipper读出通过多次非破坏性测量单个像素电荷提供单电子分辨率,将探测阈值推至eV尺度。DAMIC-M将把暗物质粒子假说的探索推进数个数量级,尤其是针对所谓“隐藏 sector”的候选粒子。一台原型机——低本底腔(LBC),配备20g低本底Skipper CCDs,近期已安装于Modane地下实验室并正在取数。我们将报告DAMIC-M实验的现状以及利用LBC调试数据获得的首批结果。
