ESS 椭圆腔与低温模块测试台演示器的控制系统

摘要
CEA IRFU Saclay 通过多个包件参与 ESS（欧洲散裂源）的建设，特别是在过去三年中参与椭圆腔与低温模块测试台演示器（ECCTD）。该项目包括八个低温模块的 RF 测试、 conditioning、低温冷却和调节，每个模块含四个腔体。目前，两个中 beta 腔体低温模块已成功测试。本文描述了低温和 RF 工艺控制系统的背景与实现，以及基于商用现货（COTS）方案的腔体调谐电机化：西门子 PLC、EtherCAT Beckhoff 模块、IOxOS 快速采集卡和 MRF 定时卡。
