MAGIC-II 望远镜的相机

直径 17 米的 MAGIC 切伦科夫望远镜将在 2007 年内升级为第二台望远镜。与 MAGIC-I 相机相比，MAGIC-II 的相机将包含若干新特性。已选用具有最高可用光子收集效率的光电倍增管。模块化设计便于访问并灵活测试新的光电探测器技术。相机将均匀配备直径为 0.1 度的像素，从而允许使用更大的触发区域。最后，整体信号链具有大带宽，以保留极快切伦科夫信号的波形。
