GRS 1915+105非对称紧凑喷流

摘要
我们报告了对GRS 1915+105紧凑喷流的多时段VLBA观测，观测于2003年3月至4月该源处于平台态时的15.0GHz和8.4GHz。这些观测显示紧凑喷流明显非对称。假设其本质上是对称的连续喷流，并结合多普勒提升效应及视线角度θ=70°，我们得到喷流速度范围为0.3--0.5c。这些值高于该紧凑喷流以前的观测，但远低于在单个喷发事件中发现的高度相对论速度。这些初步结果与当前关于黑洞在低/硬态下喷流速度的理论相符。
