本文稿提供了全天自动超新星巡天 (ASAS-SN) 在其第二个完整运行年 2015 年期间发现的所有超新星的信息。同时，也给出了 2015 年由其他来源发现的明亮（）、经光谱证认的超新星的相同信息。与第一份 ASAS-SN 亮超新星星表一样，我们还给出了两个样本中所有超新星宿主星系的红移以及近紫外至红外星等。结合我们之前的星表，这项工作构成了一个包含 455 颗超新星的完整星表，这些超新星来自多个专业和业余来源，使得以前不可能进行的星族研究成为可能。这是 ASAS-SN 团队关于亮超新星及其宿主星系的系列年度论文中的第二篇。
