摘要
我们研究了Nb-FeSi-Nb约瑟夫森结中临界电流的温度和磁场依赖性，该结的隧穿势垒由顺磁绝缘体形成。我们证明，在这些结中，0态和态在单个隧穿结内共存，这导致温度依赖性中出现尖锐的尖点，类似于金属结中发现的转变的尖点。该尖点与温度诱导的转变本身无关，而是由通过势垒的相反的0和超电流的不同温度依赖性引起的。
