方形人工自旋冰中的织构化异质性

摘要
我们报道了在外部施加磁场下二维方形人工自旋冰纳米结构中自发形成超畴异质网络的证据。该磁性异质性在局域无序，但在更长尺度上具有锯齿形织构。对此类织构的共振相干软 X 射线散射在布拉格峰中产生了独特的内部结构。我们的结果表明，宏观磁织构源自 Dirac 弦的微观结构。
