摘要
使用达勒姆大学Mark 6大气切伦科夫望远镜进行的观测证实PSR B1706-44是一个甚高能伽马射线发射源。我们的数据集没有迹象表明甚高能伽马射线是脉冲的，这与低于20 GeV的发现形成对比，后者表明超过80%的通量是脉冲的。E > 300 GeV的通量估计为 (3.9 +/- 0.7 (统计)) x 10^-11 cm^-2 s^-1。
