决策问题中的时间公平性

摘要
本文我们关注决策问题中公平性的一种新颖解释。基于现有的公平性表述，我们关注如何从时间角度考虑公平性，纳入对过去决策历史的公平性考量。我们在介绍时间公平性概念后，提出三种将时间公平性纳入决策问题（表述为优化问题）的方法。我们在四个不同领域对方法进行定性评估，并将解决方案与不考虑公平性时间维度的基线方法进行比较。
