脑移位模拟的网格生成技术

摘要
神经外科干预涉及复杂的跟踪系统,因为会发生组织变形。神经元导航系统仅依赖术前图像。为了克服软组织变形并保证导航的准确性,可以在手术期间使用生物力学模型来模拟大脑的变形。因此,为优化的实时有限元模型 (FEM) 进行网格生成变得至关重要。在本工作中,我们从网格生成的角度提出了不同的替代方案,旨在根据单元数量和质量以及术中应用和患者特异性数据的约束来优化该过程。
