摘要

TAROT-1 是一个自动、自主的地面基天文台，其主要目标是快速检测来自宇宙 gamma 射线暴源的光学对应物。它将在收到来自 CGRO/BATSE 或 HETE-2 的警报后 8 秒内开始对任何 GRB 局部化进行成像。TAROT-1 将在 10 秒内达到 17 星等的亮度，置信水平为 10σ。TAROT 将能够观测由 Beppo-SAX 或 RXTE 给出的 GRB 位置，来自 ALEXIS 警报的 EUV 瞬态等。TAROT 还将研究一系列次要目标，并配备完整的自动数据分析系统和强大的调度软件。TAROT 将在今年秋季安装在 Plateau du Calern，海拔 1200 米。我们报告项目的进展情况。
