台湾轴子搜寻晕镜实验:设计与运行

摘要

我们报告来自TASEH合作的近19.6 μeV19.6\ {\rm \mu eV}轴子搜寻晕镜实验。该实验通过体积V=0.234 literV = 0.234\ {\rm liter}、磁场B0=8 TB_0 = 8\ {\rm T}的频率可调谐腔体探测器进行。在系统噪声温度Tsys2.2 KT_{\rm sys} \cong 2.2\ {\rm K}、实验时间约1个月的信号接收机下,该搜寻在19.468719.8436 μeV19.4687-19.8436\ {\rm \mu eV}质量范围内以95%置信水平排除了轴子-光子耦合常数gaγγ8.1×1014 GeV1g_{\rm a\gamma\gamma} \gtrsim 8.1 \times 10^{-14} \ {\rm GeV}^{-1}的值,即高于KSVZ模型11倍。我们介绍了完成此搜寻的实验装置与步骤。
