摘要
在本文中，我们以 UML 为例，展示了软件工程方法如何从综合性的数学基础中受益。该数学基础由一个数学系统模型给出。该模型为整合 UML 的各种描述技术以及实现方法支持提供了基础。在描述了系统模型的基本概念之后，我们对 UML 的描述技术进行了简要概述。然后，我们展示了它们如何融入系统模型框架，并勾勒了一种构建 UML 开发过程的方法，使其能够为开发者提供方法论指导。
