Fe-Gd薄膜中斯格明子分子的合成

摘要
我们展示，合理设计的具有垂直磁各向异性的非晶Fe-Gd合金薄膜在室温下展现斯格明子分子，或一对同极性、相反手性的斯格明子。条纹相中存在的磁镜对称面，而非手性交换，决定了斯格明子的内部结构与斯格明子相的净无手性。我们的研究表明，非晶合金薄膜中的条纹畴工程可促成具有技术所需性质的斯格明子相的创建。
