我们通过CaH还原,从LiNbO单晶经过块体相变合成了层状超导LiNbO晶体。随着Nb价态从5+降低到3+,材料经历结构转变生成产物LiNbO,并伴随金属行为和超导转变,起始温度(Tc onset)高达14.4 K。二次离子质谱(SIMS)和X射线光电子能谱(XPS)表明,所得相在还原过程中通过脱锂而被空穴掺杂。磁化和交流磁化率测量(使用隧道二极管谐振器)证实了超导的块体性质,超导体积分数约为77%,上临界场接近26 T。我们的研究证明了极端氢化物还原是诱导非拓扑路径相变的有效方法,可用于合成具有奇异性质的块体材料。
