Swift对GRB050128的观测:早期X射线余辉

摘要

Swift通过爆发警报望远镜发现了GRB050128,并迅速指向其窄视场仪器监测余辉。X射线观测在触发后108秒开始。余辉的早期衰减相对平坦,用幂律指数~−0.3进行时间衰减建模。在后期(~1500秒)出现变陡,幂律指数约为−1.3。在这一转变期间,观测到的X射线谱没有变化。我们将此行为解释为早期喷流截断,或为星风环境中从快冷却区向慢冷却区转变的证据。
