摘要
Surprise Machines 是一个实验性博物馆学项目，旨在将哈佛艺术博物馆的全部图像收藏可视化，以期在通常对访客不可见的逾 200,000 件藏品上开启意想不到的视野。作为由 metaLAB (at) Harvard 组织的 Curatorial A(i)gents 展览的一部分，该项目探索了人工智能在展示大量图像并引发访客惊喜方面的局限。为达成此种惊喜感，设计了一个编排式界面，将观众的动作与收藏的若干独特视图相连接。
