非经典光场存在下介观约瑟夫森结中的超电流及其量子统计性质

摘要
本文研究了介观约瑟夫森结(MJJ)在非经典光场存在下的超电流及其量子统计性质。我们详细研究了外部非经典光场对MJJ电流-电压台阶结构的影响。我们还详细研究了当外部量子电磁场为偶数和奇数相干态光场时超电流的量子统计性质。结果表明,MJJ中的超电流同时表现出压缩效应和量子相干性。实验证明,MJJ不仅能区分经典光场和非经典光场,还能区分不同的非经典光场。
