Pt掺杂CuRh2Se4尖晶石中具增强上限临界场的超导性

摘要
我们通过实验与理论相结合的研究,报道了Pt掺杂对CuRh2Se4尖晶石超导性的影响。XRD结果显示,Cu(Rh1-xPtx)2Se4结晶于空间群Fd3-m(No. 227)的结构,且晶格参数a随Pt掺杂而增大。电阻率与磁化率测量结果证实,超导转变温度(Tc)呈穹顶状,在x = 0.06时取最大值3.84 K。还观察到Pt掺杂使下限临界磁场由CuRh2Se4中的220 Oe略降至Cu(Rh0.94Pt0.06)2Se4中的168 Oe,同时却显著增强了上限临界磁场,在Cu(Rh0.94Pt0.06)2Se4样品中达到最大值4.93 T。热容结果表明样品Cu(Rh0.91Pt0.09)2Se4为体超导体。第一性原理计算表明,Pt掺杂导致费米能级附近态密度峰的红移,与实验观察到的穹顶状Tc一致。
