加压三层镍酸盐 La4Ni3O10 中的超导性

摘要

镍酸盐超导体因与高温铜基超导体相似的晶体与电子结构,过去数十载备受关注。本文报道加压 Ruddlesden-Popper 相单晶 La4Ni3O10(n = 3)中的超导性,及其与相图中密度波序的关联。随压力增大,由电阻率反常所指示的密度波序渐受抑制,继而在 I4/mmm 空间群下约 25 K 处浮现超导性。磁化率测量确认了体积分数逾 80% 的体超导性。此外,理论分析揭示反铁磁(AFM)超交换相互作用可作为加压 La4Ni3O10 中超导(SC)涌现的有效配对相互作用。本研究为探究 Ruddlesden-Popper 三层钙钛矿镍酸盐中的非常规超导机制提供了新平台。
