体心立方结构的中熵合金 TiVNbTa 中的超导电性

摘要
本文报道了采用电弧熔炼法制备的由混合 3d-5d 元素组成的中熵合金（MEA）超导体 TiVNbTa。TiVNbTa 材料具有体心立方结构。通过电阻率、磁化率与比热测量研究了 TiVNbTa 的超导性质。实验结果表明，TiVNbTa 的体超导相变温度约为 4.65 K，上、下临界场分别为 49.3(4) mT 与 5.9(5) T，表明 TiVNbTa 为 II 类超导体。第一性原理计算显示 Ti、V、Nb 与 Ta 原子的 d 电子在费米面附近起显著作用。结果表明 TiVNbTa 为传统 s 波超导体。
