EuFe$_{2}$(As$_{1-x}$P$_{x}$)$_{2}$中的超导与铁磁

摘要

超导与铁磁是两种相互对抗的合作现象,这使得它们难以共存。在此我们通过实验证明,它们在 0.2x0.40.2\leq x\leq0.4 的 EuFe2_{2}(As1x_{1-x}Px_{x})2_{2} 中确实共存,其中超导与 Fe-3dd 电子相关,而铁磁则源于通过 Ruderman-Kittel-Kasuya-Yosida (RKKY) 相互作用实现的 Eu-4ff 磁矩的长程有序。这种共存的特征是具有大的饱和铁磁矩、高且相近的超导与磁性转变温度,以及在温度和场中具有宽广的共存范围。我们将这种不寻常的现象归因于超导的鲁棒性以及铁基磷化物的多轨道特性。
