爱丁堡-开普巡天中的亚矮星 B 双星

我们更新了从爱丁堡-开普巡天 (Stobie et al. 1997) 中获取亚矮星 B 星轨道解的项目结果。迄今为止，我们使用南非天文台 1.9 米拉德克利夫望远镜上的光栅摄谱仪，从爱丁堡-开普星表获得了 40 颗亚矮星 B 星的蓝端光谱。我们发现这 40 颗星中有 17 颗是确定的双星，另有少数天体显示出小振幅的视向速度变化。在修正了我们的双星探测效率后，样本中发现的双星比例为 48%。我们已确定了 17 个系统中的 4 个的轨道参数，并将另外 7 个的轨道缩小到较小的周期范围。
