摘要
我们演示了亚太赫兹频率的 optomechanics。一种由薄膜锂氮酸钛构成的光 Racetrack 水晶储存器悬挂支持机械结构，这些机械结构在极高频率下振动，并通过介质 optomechanical 耦合读取。我们的混合平台为在较高温度下实现机械系统的量子态铺垫了道路。
