JSNS$^2$ 实验的偶然本底研究

摘要
JSNS(J-PARC 散裂中子源处 J-PARC 惰性中微子搜寻)是一项通过利用介子静止衰变中微子观测 表象振荡来搜寻惰性中微子的实验。JSNS 自 2021 年起进行取数。本手稿给出了关于偶然本底的研究。在 0.75 MW 束流功率下,偶然本底率为 (9.29 / spill,与搜寻信号数量相当。
