利用SiFCC探测器研究增强W喷注与Higgs喷注

摘要
我们利用SiFCC探测器的完整GEANT4模拟,研究了在极高能质子对撞机上重建强子衰变W玻色子和Higgs玻色子的探测器性能。W和Higgs玻色子携带多TeV范围的横动量,导致准直的衰变产物被重建为单个喷注。我们给出了增强W喷注和Higgs喷注的能量响应和分辨率的测量,并展示了增强玻色子喷注内两个子喷注的分离。
