固态氰尿三叠氮化物的结构、弹性、光学性质及准粒子能带结构

摘要
本文报道了氰尿三叠氮化物的结构、弹性及准粒子能带结构。采用色散修正方法处理范德华 (vdW) 力来研究结构性质，显著改进了对基态性质的描述。由状态方程预测的体模量与弹性常数一致，其量级属于次级炸药范畴。随后，利用 GW 近似研究能带结构，得到 6.33 eV 的间接带隙。最后，计算了常压下的光学和爆轰特性。
