层状磁性超材料中的强自旋电子磁电效应

摘要
研究表明，由于自旋依赖的电子重分布和互电容，外磁场或磁化强度会导致微观孤立的磁性/非磁性混合结构产生电极化。磁电效应可能非常强，例如在紧密填充空间构成超材料的 100 至 10 纳米结构中，仅在 1.5 Tesla 的恒定磁场下，电极化的变化即可达到 。该效应不需要使用奇异化合物。基于所得结果，我们为未来的实验设计提出了一系列建议。
