我们给出了一个在有限温度下一维中通常被禁止的相变的例子——在 Peierls 势中，应力诱导且热辅助的超攀移位错粗糙化。我们还论证了，这种粗糙化正是 Ray 和 Hallock 最近观察到的（Phys.Rev. Lett. {\bf 105}, 145301 (2010)）固体 He 在窄温度范围内超流被强烈抑制现象背后的原因。
