La$_{0.5}$Ca$_{0.5}$MnO$_3应变控制暗示弱电子-晶格耦合

摘要

我们最近曾主张单金氧体不具备电荷有序条纹,暗示电子-晶格耦合较弱[《Phys Rev Lett》 \textbf{94} (2005) 097202]。本文则基于对La0.5_{0.5}Ca0.5_{0.5}MnO3_3纳米图案化薄膜的透射电子显微镜测量,独立得出相同结论。在松弛应变区域,超格栅周期相对于母晶格改变2-3%,表明两者并非紧密相关。
