摘要
我们利用IceCube-59数据确定了单个eV尺度轻中微子参数的约束。特别强调的是此类分析能否排除惰性中微子迹象的问题。尽管提供了重要的互补信息，但对不同惰性中微子混合角的不同依赖性使得目前无法完全排除短基线出现结果或一般而言的惰性中微子。
