摘要
测量了 Y1Ba2Cu3O(7-δ) 超导薄膜在混合态中电流电压特性的负微观导电 regime 下的特性。当负斜率较陡时，j(E) 曲线出现明显的阶梯状模式。我们将 j(E) 中的步进归因于形成的动态相，由成功核化局部涡旋速度和涡旋分布的量化扭曲组成。
