银河球状星系中恒星与行星星云

摘要
我们比较了红巨星与行星星云在银河球状星系中的天体群系，结合最近的元素丰度分布确定。我们发现两者均与之一致。从行星星云中，我们发现银河球状星系并无近期星形成证据。然而整体元素丰度模式仍充满谜团，某些元素（如 Mg 和 Ti）支持银河球状星系快速演化，而另一些元素（如 He、O、Si、S、Ar 和 Ca）则暗示其演化速度要慢得多。
