Sr3Co2O6:一种可能的阻挫自旋链材料

摘要

通过高压高温合成路线制备了后层状钙钛矿Sr3Co2O6的致密相,并将其淬火至环境条件。利用同步辐射X射线粉末衍射确定了Sr3Co2O6的结构。Sr3Co2O6结晶为K4CdCl6型结构(一种无限链型结构),其密度比已知的同成分层状钙钛矿Sr3Co2O7-d(d~1)高6%。K4CdCl6型Sr3Co2O6表现出复杂的磁性行为,反映了其自旋链特性,以及类似氧化物Ca3Co2O6和Ca3CoRhO6的特性,后两者的微观磁性起源仍存在高度争议。
