摘要

报道了在一维半导体微腔脊形波导中，利用可控的自旋依赖门控势垒对传播的极化激元凝聚体进行自旋选择性空间过滤。非共振激光束提供传播极化激元的源，而第二束弱圆偏振光束印刻出自旋依赖势垒，该势垒门控极化激元流并产生极化激元自旋流。通过改变门控偏振，实现了对被阻挡和透射极化激元的完全自旋基控制。
