短型伽玛暴的光谱特性

摘要
伽玛暴持续时间分布呈双峰分布，但缺乏支持将伽玛暴分为短性和长性类别的额外证据。基于简单的硬度比，几项研究显示出较长伽玛暴具有较软能谱的倾向。利用BATSE伽玛暴的数据库，我们比较短性和长性爆发的光谱参数分布。我们的初步结果显示，短性和长性爆发类别之间的平均光谱断能差异显著，而在同一类别内部仅显示持续时间的弱依赖。
