微腔中双光子发射的光谱演化

摘要
高 Q 值硅氮微腔是产生光子对的四波混频的通用源。我们研究该过程的谱相干性,跟踪从自发量子区域到光学参量振荡起点的转变。通过结合时间相关测量和相位敏感测量,我们连续监测发射线宽随其从腔寿命限制线宽向泵浦线宽尺度演化。这一表征对于优化集成源以实现可扩展量子网络至关重要。
